Here is our try of the Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza. First of all, I made my own pizza crust from a recipe that I have used forever. We used Ragu plain alfredo sauce. Maybe a sauce with more garlic would work better. We also added grated parmesean cheese to it. We liked this pizza. It probably isn't one of my favorites but Natalie really liked it. I think I would add green onions next time we make it. I think I will try barbeque chicken pizza next.

Hello
Hello Everyone! This our recipe blog, and we are excited to try new recipes. Also you participating will help check something off my list! :) We hope you are as excited as we are. We want to try at least one new recipe a week. We have some ideas but would like your input too. If you have a recipe you have always wanted to try but never have let us know. We are kicking it off with an easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza. The recipe is in your Taste of Home magazine from April/May 2010 pg. 43 if you don't still have the magazine here is the recipe.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (or we did homemade)
1/2 c Alfredo sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 c shredded parmesan cheese
1-1/2 c cubed ham
10 breaded chicken nuggets (we used lots more than that) cut into 1/2-in pieces
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Unroll dough onto greased pan. Flatten and build up edges slightly. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 mins until edges slightly browned.
Spread Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with garlic salt, Swiss cheese and parmesan cheese. Top with ham, chicken and mozzerella.
Bake for 8-10 mins or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
We'll let you know how ours turns out. It is out of the oven and ready to eat. YUM!
